What is this? A parasite?
Hey guys my female betta lost a lot of scales when she had pop-eye. I noticed this little spot where her scales haven't seemed to grow back yet and there was some white in it... Is that a parasite or just a new scale? (I've noticed the scales growing back in are a white color) sorry about the air bubbles, just did a full water change a couple days ago after the pop-eye incident and now there's air bubbles

My last betta had 1 or 2 scales missing. If Bluestar has lost some scales it should look like a little shiny metallic spot. Like the scales of "Rainbowfish" in the children's book

It's bent down and slightly right... Confused as to what causes this betta "scoliosis"
