I am pretty sure it is a veiltail girl, but let me know other wise(the tail is a little more pointy in the pic than it is shown, but not too much).

That tail is pointed. It may be a male. See if it has an ovipostor. Plus, that is not a veil tail. That is a plakat.

I'd say she's definately female, and a vt but I'm not so good with females.

I agree with everyone else. Looks like a female VT. Plakats have shorter and slightly rounder tails.
