I have a question about my Kaida who has developed a white bump on his nose. I have treated him by adding salt water to his aquarium and it has gotten a little bit smaller. I am just curious if anyone knows what it is... or how to help my little big guy.

I don't know what that white thing is, but if the salt has shrunken it, I would certainly keep adding it.

If you added aquarium salt , make sure you don't use it linger than 14 days. With aq salt you need to do daily water changes. If you don't do full water changes and just doing 50% only then do daily 50%.
Clean the filter media/cartridge/foam/pad so that dirt does not block the water flow that feeds the cycle bacteria. Rinse it in the tank water .
I was wondering if it can be lymphocytes .
