My boy finally posed for me yesterday and I've had him for about 2 weeks. I had to add some ghost shrimp in order for him to stay still enough for anything.

I don't know why your betta poses for your boyfriend and not you. My boy does not like to pose and when he does, it's not long enough to snap a shot. Normally, he sees the camera, puffs his cheeks, then swims off.

Maybe someone knows some tricks for getting bettas to pose?

if u want your betta to pose for you put food in front of it. or put a mirror on one side of the tank. it works for me
