UGH


Woke up and my filter for my 29g sorority wasnt working.
I also have very little money right now and cant replace it until next wednesday.


Does that mean my cycle is going to die?
Any way to keep it alive?



I was using the Aqueon Quietflow 20 (for 30 gallons)and from what I and my google searches can deduce, the motor burned out.


Any one want to recommend me a different filter? I was pretty unimpressed with the aqueon. Bulky, cheap, incredibly loud, strong and nonadjustable flow, and the filtration wasnt great.

I just got one and it's actually pretty quiet.

Anyways, I wanted to get the marineland pengiun but it was on sale for $36 which was more then I wanted to spend. I had one i took out of a 5 gallon tank to see if it would keep the smell and debris down and it did a really nice job considering it was in a 20 gallon tank.

No idea about the cycle though
