So I just checked on my bettas tank and saw these little white specks stuck to the glass...
Upon further inspection they are moving!!

I'm freaking out someone help me. D:

No worries... they seem to follow Betta's naturally. Whenever I have had Betta's, I get the little worms on the side of the tank. Really small 1mm or less and white.

Still doesn't seem like it should be a good thing... I haven't had this happen to me before o - o

There are lots of things that live in the aquarium water, most you just cannot see.

It is also why it is a good habit to wash your hands really good if you have to stick your hands into an aquarium....
