Put her back in the water?

Describe what's causing her to not look good, the more specific the better.

You should also look into getting a top for whatever you're keeping her in so she doesn't do this again.

 

when did she jump out?
bettas are known to be exelent jumpers so, from my experience as well, as cover for you tank is absolutly needed.
how is she not looking good? how does she act? does she still eat? does she have any wounds?
so far you should get some stresscoat from your lfs and put the right doseage in your tank just so your betta isnt as shocked
