They said the HM plakat betta is a different species to the HM betta. They can not breed with each other.

I thought they were the same species, Betta Splendens..... just different tail type.
Therefore a betta plakat HM can breed with a HM or Delta or Veil tail....

that's the wrong input, plakat fish can still be crossed with a halfmoon. choose one female plaque or vice versa. try to mate. as long as all meet the requirements for marriage then it can all happen. Keep spirit. greetings from Indonesia.
