Please can someone help me see if this is fish TB or Dropsy, fish has grey/white around eyes a little swollen, Lips are VERY swollen, head looks like puffy, wont eat for days and isnt swimming great. Worried if its TB and if I could get TB because I touched and cleaned water tank many times.
