I have one friend that uses these and I know her tank's water gets a bit colored by these but she swears by them for health reasons.

I always add IAL when I get a new betta home and acclimated to the quarantine tank, but have a bad habit of forgetting to add a new one once it breaks down/once they move into their final tanks ^^''
