I'd buy new ones. Clear if you can find them.

 

New suction cups or an entire new thermostat?

 

As long as it's working, just the suction cups. I have a goodly supply.

Actually, at the time, eBay had the best deals.

 

I checked both sites actually. Found some at my local Walmart. I’ll keep you posted! Every where else like Menards and Home Depot wanted $9 shipping for seasonal items. No thank you! Lol

 

@RussellTheShihTzu Walmart didn’t have the ones I wanted. But they had these. The probe is wedged in the hook. I tried tugging on them gently and they stayed put. All the good ones I saw online seemed to be seasonal products only and I have to have them shipped to the house. I wanted something immediate. I even checked my local hardware store. If these don’t work, I found ones on eBay that should work and take 7-10 business days thanks to good ol’ USPS.

 

Dollar tree. Automotive section. 8 suction cups for $1.25. The have smooth rounded plastic hooks instead of metal. Great for Betta hammock leaves cause there's a hole in them for the hook. I take the hook out and insert silk flowers like daisy types. All 21 of our Bettas cannot stay out of their napping flowers. At $1.25 you buy them whenever. The cups hold pretty good. Better than the ones that came with my heater.
