Is the filter blocked in any way?

 

Sometimes the impellor needs to be cleaned, one of mine had a cat hair wrapped around it, and/or they get gunky, etc.

 

No it’s not blocked but it is a spout filter

 

Have you checked the alignment of the spout filter to ensure it's positioned correctly for even water flow?

 

What brand and model is the filter?
